Ashley Nicole Risley and Kenneth George Wood exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 6, 2011, in The Grandview of Ellington. Judge Sally Jaroszynski performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Gary and Nancy Risley of Sinclairville, and the granddaughter of John and Joan Risley Sr. of Gerry, Corrine Morley of Sinclairville and the late Howard Morley. Her husband is the son of Richmond Wood of Randolph and Donna Bush of Jamestown, and the grandson of the late Linnie Emerson and the late Alvin and Dorothy Wood.
The bride wore a Maggie Sottero one-piece, strapless, lace, slim A-line gown with corset closure. Christina Wood, sister-in-law of the groom, served as matron of honor. The maid of honor was Kyla Johnson. Bridesmaids were Olivia Davis, sister in law of the bride; Jennifer Titus, Michelle Gruber and Morgan Thomas, daughter of the groom.

Best man was Linnie Wood, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were John Fischer, Christopher Risley, brother of the bride; Brian Plaatje, Dustin Gruber and Damon Wood, son of the groom.
Mistress and master of ceremony were Patrick and Janet Kelly, aunt and uncle to the bride.
The bride is a graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School and is a New York state licensed massage therapist. The groom attended Falconer Central School and is employed by Serta Mattress of Falconer.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Key West, Fla. They reside in Sinclairville.
