Pump It Up! is proud to announce the addition of Kickboxing Champion Joe Pagan and professional boxer Ivan Hernandez! Owner Cheryl Tabone has 22 years experience in the fitness field with many certifications. She holds certifications in Aquatic Exercise, Turbo Kickboxing, PiYo!, Hip Hop Hustle, Strength Conditioning, Sports and Nutrition, and is a dietary practitioner. She is also a certified USA Gymnastics coach with 25 years of gymnastics experience.
An important addition is Joe Pagan who has 27 years of martial arts experience. He has studied various styles that include Kung Fu, Grappling, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, Wrestling and Boxing. Joe began wrestling in middle school and continued throughout high school. After high school he wrestled for the US Marine Corp Team and was also part of their boxing team. Through hard work and dedication he has earned the titles of Canadian Muay Thai Champion 1996-2001, USKBA Kickboxing Champion 1997 - 2001, Western NY Golden Gloves Champion 1993 - 1994 and Buffalo Tough Man Champion 1998.

Pagan and Hernandez are joining Pump It Up! and will be teaching Kick Boxing and Boxing at Pump It Up! for adults and children on Monday and Wednesday evenings 5:15 - 6:15 p.m. for childrens class and 6:15 - 8:45 p.m. for adults.
Another exciting addition is Professional Boxer Ivan Hernandez. Hernandez is a Professional Boxer achieving several victories and awards including 2-time Silver Gloves Champion, 3- time Regional Champion, Ohio State Champion and Junior Olympic Champion.
They will be teaching Kickboxing and Boxing at Pump It Up! for adults and children on Monday and Wednesday evenings 5:15 - 6:15 for childrens class and 6:15 - 8:45 p.m. for adults. Ivan will also be personal training in boxing.
Pump It Up! also offers Turbo Kick (combination of kick boxing and Hip Hop), PiYo! (Pilates and Yoga), Zumba (Latin dance), Boot Camp (military exercises), Muscle Mania (strength training), Split Circuit (combination of muscular strength, PiYo! and cardiovascular endurance), running team (run 3-5 miles each session) and Personal Training.
