Megan Elizabeth Moriarty and Jason Patrick Goldberg were united in marriage on Oct. 30 at 5:30 p.m. the St. Louis Roman Catholic Church in Buffalo. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Daniel P. Walsh.
The bride is the daughter of Rita Moriarty of Fredonia and the late William Moriarty Jr. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Goldberg of Huntersville, N.C.
The bride was escorted by her mother. She wore an ivory strapless, soft full A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline, draped wrap bodice and an asymmetrical tulle layered skirt, with a black sash at the waist. She carried a white bouquet accented with white feathers.

The matron of honor was Erin Gaken of Dunkirk, sister of the bride. The maid of honor was Lauren Shafer of New York City, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids included Lisa Maines of Goodyear, Ariz., friend of the bride; Amanda Vallone of Deltona, Fla., cousin of the bride; and Rachel Corn of Charlotte, N.C., sister of the groom. The attendants wore black, strapless mermaid gowns with deep V-backs. They carried bright, colorful bouquets with peacock and pheasant feathers. The flower girl was Francesca Romar, close family friend of the bride.
The best man was Jeffrey Goldberg of Williamsville, brother of the groom. Ushers included friends of the groom Ryan DiGaetano of Philadelphia, Pa.; Rusty Haines of Brooklyn, Ct.; Michael Myers of New York City and Dr. Steven Stockslager of Charleston, S.C. Junior groomsman was Jackson Gaken of Dunkirk, nephew of the bride.
A reception was held at The Mansion on Delaware Avenue, Buffalo.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Fredonia High School, a 2005 graduate of SUNY Fredonia and a 2006 graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology. She is a buyer at Forever 21.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Williamsville North High School and a 2005 graduate of SUNY Fredonia. He is regional wealth manager at Lord Abbett, LLC.
The couple honeymooned in Maui. They reside in Hollywood, Calif.
