Fellowship Church of Brocton celebrates first anniversary and Pastor Appreciation Sunday

October 29, 2011
The OBSERVER

BROCTON - On Oct. 16, the congregation of Fellowship Church of Brocton celebrated the first anniversary of the society. On Oct. 17, 2010, a small group of people met at the home of Pastor Sandi Ball in Portland. That Sunday morning was the beginning of a new church whose mission is "To make known to all that through faith, hope and love in Jesus Christ, we can have fellowship with one another and promote Christ's free gift of salvation so that all may have communion with Him."

The congregation also used this day to show their appreciation to Pastor Ball and her husband Dave, for the ministry that they provide to them and the community. An appreciation pot luck dinner was served along with gifts and words of appreciation to them.

Fellowship Church meets at 148 W. Main St., Brocton each Sunday at 11 a.m. and Wednesday evenings for Bible study and group discussions. All are welcome to worship with the church. Feel free to contact Pastor Ball by calling 672-9862.
