Rosemarie Stuart and Matthew Strandburg were united in marriage on Aug. 13, 2011, at the Mon Bel Ami Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada, in a double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Arn and Lomy Stuart of Virginia Beach, Va. The groom is the son of Alan and Kim Strandburg of Fredonia.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father.

Attendants for the bride were Fatimah Stuart and Vanessa Stuart, sisters of the bride, both of Virginia Beach.
Groomsmen for the groom were Alan Strandburg III of Jamestown and Brandon Strandburg of Fredonia, brothers of the groom, and Aaron Stuart of California, brother of the bride. The ringbearer was Ethan Wallace-Gutierrez of Charlotte, N.C., friend of the couple.
The bride graduated from Hueneme High School in Port Hueneme, Calif., in 2002. She earned an associate's degree in accounting from Jamestown Business College. She is employed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Lakewood and attends classes at JBC.
The groom graduated from Fredonia Central School in 2002. He served in the U.S. Navy from 2002-2006. He earned an associate's degree in criminal justice at Jamestown Community College. He is employed at Cummins.
A reception was held on Sept. 3, 2011 at Busti Town Park. The couple resides in Jamestown.
