Jennifer L. Smith and Charles R. Weber of Ransomville, N.Y., announce their engagement. Smith is the daughter of Wanda (Baker) Spinler and Keith W. Spinler of Conewango Valley and the late Bernard F. Smith of Sheridan. Weber is the son of the late John A. Weber and the late Cynthia B. Weber of Niagara Falls.
The bride-to-be attended Allegheny College and the University of Buffalo School of Law and is a graduate of Fredonia High School. She is currently the media and community relations manager at the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.
Her fiance attended Rochester Institute of Technology and Niagara County Community College and is a graduate of Niagara Catholic. He is currently an IT Contractor with Synergy Global Solutions.
