Editor, OBSERVER:
The OBSERVER is the best run newspaper in Western New York.
Its View (Nov. 14) said that the Fredonia gazebo was built by the business community of Fredonia. It was built by the Fredonia Rotary Club in about 1975.
We also had to borrow the money to do it.
