Editor, OBSERVER:
Last Tuesday, I attended The Fredonia Elementary School chorus Christmas concert to watch my third-grade daughter. The hard work, dedication and professionalism displayed by everyone involved in putting on the event is self evident of why this county is such a great place to raise a child.
The talent and degree of fun and pride the kids put forth is proof that Chautauqua County is a great place to be a kid.
