Nicole L. Blizzard and Gavin I. Bishop announce their engagement. Blizzard is the daughter of Robyn O'Neil of Jamestown and the late Robert Blizzard, and Dan O'Neil of Randolph. She is the granddaughter of James Boerst of Gerry and the late Mary Lou Boerst, and Betty Holbrook of Jamestown. Her fiance is the son of Luanne Wanamaker of Jamestown and Barry Bishop of Jamestown, and the grandson of the late Gil Curcio and Joanne Curcio, and the late Ralph and Maxine Wanamaker.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Pine Valley Junior/Senior High School. She is employed by Chautauqua Opportunities in Jamestown as a teacher assistant.
The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Jamestown High School. He is employed by Tractor Supply in Warren, Pa., as an assistant manager.
