HANOVER - Robert Dudek, 48, of Irving, was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and inadequate lights after he was stopped on Route 5/20 for allegedly having a headlight out. He was found to be intoxicated and was issued tickets to appear in the Town of Silver Creek Court at a later date.

NORTH HARMONY - A Lakewood woman was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated after she was denied entry to an event.

According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, a deputy was working at an event at the Ashville BOCES center. It is alleged that Susan R. Kelderhouse, 54, of Lakewood, was denied entry to the event because she was intoxicated. She was warned not to drive but allegedly got in her car and left the event.

She was stopped by the deputy and was charged with DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and unlicensed operator after. She was issued tickets and will appear in the Town of North Harmony Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN - Nicholas J. Clark, 30, of Jamestown was taken into custody Tuesday on a Family Court warrant. Clark was featured on the Chautauqua County Most Wanted List.
