Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Tarnowski of Dunkirk announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Ann Tarnowski, to Yerandy Baez, both of Clermont, Fla. Baez is the son of Marieli Rodriguez, also of the Orlando region.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 Dunkirk High School graduate and 2005 graduate of Jamestown Business College. She also received her bachelor's degree in tourism management with honors in 2007 from Niagara University. Since then she has been employed in management at Walt Disney World. Currently she is on a special assignment in Papenburg, Germany, readying the newest Disney Cruise ship "Disney Fantasy."
A native of Puerto Rico, the prospective groom finished his schooling in Florida where he continued his education and received his certificate in mechanics. He has also been employed at Walt Disney World since 2007.
