State troopers were summoned to assist. The troopers reported finding a baggie containing six grams of marijuana in Schoenle's possession.

He was issued appearance tickets for the Town of Collins Court in addition to the SNI summons for riding the ATV on the reservation and trespassing.

The conservation officer was treated at Lake Shore Hospital and released.
