Fredonia Police
Joseph D. Burdic, 20, of Westfield was charged with second-degree harassment. Burdic was taken into custody on Jan. 18 for an incident that occurred previously where Burdic allegedly threw a rock and a lighter at another individual. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Tyvone L. Casey, 21, of Townsend Street, Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with .08 percent blood alcohol or more, speeding and failure to keep right on Jan. 19. Police observed Casey speeding on East Main Street and crossing the center line. When pulled over, Casey appeared to be intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. Once at Fredonia Police, Casey's BAC was found to be .14. Casey was held on $350 bail.
Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office
HANOVER - Daniel Jendrowski, 53, of Irving, was charged with second-degree harassment Sunday as a result of an investigation into an incident that occurred on Route 5&20. Jendrowski was issued a ticket and will appear in the Town of Hanover Court at a later date.

SHERIDAN - Christ-opher Ball, 27, of Silver Creek, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated. Ball was driving east on Route 20 and made an abrupt illegal u-turn. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested and taken to the Fredonia Barracks. He provided a breath sample showing a blood alcohol content of .08 percent. He was issued tickets to appear in the Town of Sheridan Court at a later date.
Mark Jacobik, 22, of Hamburg, was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana. Troopers stopped the vehicle Jacobik was a passenger in on Vineyard Drive in the town of Dunkirk after the operator was not wearing a seat belt. He was found to be in possession of a small bottle of marijuana and a glass smoking pipe containing burnt marijuana residue after the smell was emanating from the vehicle. He was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Dunkirk Court.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office
SALAMANCA - Justin D. Feldman, 21, of Bradford, Pa., was charged Thursday with fourth degree criminal mischief after he broke an elevator button in the Seneca Allegany Casino on Jan. 5. Feldman was issued a ticket to appear in the City of Salamanca Court.
SALAMANCA - Samuel Edson Roberts III, 37, of Titusville, Pa. was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct after an incident where Roberts and his girlfriend attempted to leave the Seneca Allegany Casino in an intoxicated state. Both became upset and began using obscene language, making a scene in the lobby. Roberts was issued a ticket and will appear in Salamanca Court.
