Dunkirk Police Department

Derek J. Saxton, 30, of Stockton was charged with grand larceny on Jan. 13.

Nicholas, R. Utley, 23, of Perrysburg was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and having no turn signal on Jan. 14.

Desiree A. Chambliss, 25, of Courtney Street, Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having no insurance on Jan. 14.

Rodolio L. Tanco, 28, of King Street, Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct on Jan. 15.

Melinda Pelayo, 37 of Lincoln Avenue, Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Jan. 15.

Wilfred Banza, 56, of Main Street, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, speed not reasonable and failure to keep right on Jan. 16.

Terrell J. Ezell, 21, of South Roberts Road, Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, having an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to comply and having no insurance.

Neishaly Rodriguez-Hernandez, 16, of Second Street was charged with having driver's view obstruction and having an unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having no insurance on Jan. 16.

Christopher R. Ramos, 26, of West Lake Road was charged with having an uninspected motor vehicle on Jan. 16.

Jose Antonio Nazario-Alvarez, 41, of Maple Avenue was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, having a broken windshield, having a suspended registration and having no insurance on Jan. 16.

Dustin E. Achtzinger, no age listed, of Derby was charged with going through a red light and no insurance on Jan. 16.

Frances Follett, 50, East Main Street, Fredonia was charged with having no inspection and no registration on Jan. 17.

Jennifer D. Mitchell, 30, of Deer Street, Dunkirk was charged with having a suspended registration and no insurance on Jan. 17.

Desiree A. Chambliss, 25, of Carol Avenue, Fredonia was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment on Jan. 18.

Ashley B. Griggs, 24, of Park Avenue, Dunkirk was charged with second-degree harassment on Jan. 18.

Erin M. Mathers, 28, of Cushing Street, Fredonia was charged with running a red light, having no registration and no insurance on Jan. 19.

Christian Alvarado-Rodriguez, 37, no address listed was charged with criminal obstruction of an airway, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and petit larceny stemming from previous charges. He was also charged with second-degree harassment and attempted petit larceny on Jan. 19.

Alvin J. Jusino, 17, of South Zebra Street, Dunkirk was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon on Jan. 19.

Nathanial Gates, 38, of Main Street, Dunkirk was charged with violation of parole on Jan. 19.

Joseph E. Rollins, 48, of Link Street, Fredonia was charged with failure to keep right and driving while intoxicated on Jan. 20.

Tracy L. Bowen, 39, of Lake Shore Drive West, Dunkirk was charged with having no inspection and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Jan. 20.

Susan E. Knight, 57, of Leming Street, Dunkirk was charged with running a red light on Jan. 20.

Lillian E. Bultron, 31, of Park Avenue, Dunkirk was charged with having an obstructed view and no license on Jan. 20.

Adam G. Fuller, 24, of Brigham Road, Dunkirk was charged with failure to keep right on Jan. 21.

Angel L. Rosario, 32, of Lincoln Avenue, Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign and speed not reasonable on Jan. 21.

Alexander Larson, 23, of Falconer was charged with driving while intoxicated on Jan. 21.

Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office

GERRY - Darius Bewley, 20, of Jamestown, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, speeding, refusing a pre-screen and refusing a breath test after he was stopped on Route 60 for speeding and was found to be intoxicated. Bewley was issued tickets and will appear in the Town of Gerry Court at a later date.

GERRY - Christopher D. Johnson, 33, of Randolph, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, and traffic infractions after he was stopped on Route 60 for a traffic infraction and was found to be intoxicated. Additional charges are pending. Johnson was issued tickets and will appear in the Town of Gerry Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN - Zayron J. Raspberry, 34, of Buffalo, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and insufficient stop lamps after he was stopped on Fairmount Avenue. Raspberry was released with tickets to appear in the City of Jamestown Court at a later date.

State Police at Jamestown

FALCONER - On Saturday, Mallory Anderson, 23, of Gerry was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Anderson was pulled over on North Work Street for a reported traffic violation.

He reportedly failed several field sobriety tests and was transported to the state police barracks in Jamestown. There he provided a breath sample that was reported as .13 percent

Anderson was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and turned over to a sober individual.

FALCONER - On Sunday, Lisa Craker, 22, of Jamestown was charged with driving without a license and was also reportedly in possession of a bag of marijuana. In addition, troopers reportedly found that Craker was wanted by the Junction City police department in Geary Court, Kansas for felony narcotics possession.

Craker was transported to the state police barracks in Jamestown. She was later arraigned in the Town of Ellicott Court. She was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.

On Sunday, Jennifer Lane, 35, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Lane was the driver of a vehicle pulled over on Route 60 for reported traffic violations. The trooper reported Lane had two suspensions on her license. In addition, the officer reported locating two grams of marijuana.

Lane was transported to state police barracks in Jamestown. She was released after posting cash bail, and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court later in the month.
