Don and Brenda Bird of Westfield announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Erin Bird, to Christopher Douglas Spampata, the son of Kim and Ray Clarke of Alden, N.Y., and Richard and Sue Spampata of North Java, N.Y.
Bird is a 2004 graduate of Westfield Academy and Central School, a 2008 graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a bachelor's degree in social work and a 2010 graduate of the University at Buffalo with a master's degree in social work. She is employed at Golden Living Centers Nursing Home as a director of social services in Williamsville.
Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of Kenmore East High School and a 2007 graduate from Ohio Technical College. He is employed at Joe Basil Chevrolet located in Depew as an auto service technician.
