Editor, OBSERVER:
President Obama's lawyers just lost a case accusing an oil company of killing a dozen birds. Prison time could have been handed out to executives if guilty. It came out that windmills killed thousands of birds, but no lawsuit against windmill operators.
Progressives, any more bird-brained schemes in the offing?
