Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office
- RANDOLPH - Kevin Callahan, 22, of East Randolph was charged Feb. 2 with violating probation. He was arraigned in Ellicottville Court and sent to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office
- HANOVER - Klarisa J. Foster, 21, of Hanover, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree criminal mischief after a disturbance call around 1:30 a.m. Investigation showed Foster had broken windows in a residence after an argument. Foster was arraigned in Hanover Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
- MAYVILLE - Cody A. Winne, 24, of Mayville, was charged Saturday with second-degree harassment after deputies received a report of physical harassment around 3 a.m. After an investigation Winne was taken into custody and arraigned in Town of Chautauqua Court. Winne was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 property bond.
