- A 17-year-old Silver Creek boy received a 6-month adjournment in contemplation of dismissal on a charge of petit larceny.
- Jennifer Collins, 29, of Dunkirk, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and no registration and was fined $415.
- Thomas Degolier, 25, of Falconer, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and no registration and was fined $395.
- A 16-year-old Silver Creek boy received a 6-month adjournment in contemplation of dismissal on a petit larceny charge.

- Christopher K. Rogers, 20, of Derby, received a 6-month adjournment in contemplation of dismissal with full restitution for criminal possession of stolen property.
- A 16-year-old Silver Creek boy received a 6-month adjournment in contemplation of dismissal on a charge of second-degree harassment.
- Minerva Santos-Rivera, 24, of Dunkirk, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.
- Eileen Torres, 32, of Dunkirk, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.
Silver Creek Police
John Santiago, 44, of Perrysburg, was charged on Sunday with aggravated driving while intoxicated, operating above a .08 percent blood alcohol content, aggravated unlicensed operation and open container violation. Santiago was arraigned in Silver Creek Village Court and was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.
Maria M. Baez, 22, of Irving, was charged on Sunday with driving while intoxicated, operating above a .08 percent blood alcohol content and failure to keep right. Baez is scheduled to appear in Silver Creek Village Court at a later date.
Kenneth R. Owen, 66, of Irving, was charged on Feb. 1 with driving while intoxicated, operating above a .08 percent blood alcohol content and failure to keep right. Owen is scheduled to appear in Silver Creek Village Court at a later date.
A 17-year-old Silver Creek male was charged on Saturday with a curfew violation. He was transported home and was released to his guardian. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Silver Creek Village Court at a later date.

Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office
- CHAUTAUQUA - A Westfield woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after a single-vehicle accident Tuesday.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, deputies and Mayville Fire Department were dispatched to a single vehicle crash on Route 394 around 5 p.m. Upon arrival it appeared the vehicle had left the road and struck a tree. Investigation showed the operator Barbara E. Harter, 69, of Westfield, was allegedly intoxicated.
Harter was charged with DWI with a blood alcohol content higher than .08 percent and failure to maintain a lane. She will appear in the Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
Westfield Police
- Jacob R. Near, 24, of Westfield was charged Monday with three counts of identity theft, two counts of forgery, one count of criminal possession of stolen property and one count of grand larceny, 5 misdemeanors and 2 class-E felonies. Near was taken into custody on arrest warrants after an investigation into a stolen credit card Sunday. The investigation tracked the card used at Family Dollar and Tops markets multiple times and led to a link to Near. He was arraigned in the Village of Westfield Court and bail was set at $10,000 cash or $15,000 property bond.
