Just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated the Feb. 15 article about the STAR - School Tax Relief - program. We thought it had been discontinued.
Our assessor in Westfield confirmed that it is available if I bring my 2010 tax returns in by March 1, which I will certainly do, thanks to you.
