Jean C. Lauricella, 78, of Fredonia died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012, at Brooks Memorial Hospital with her family at her side.
Born July 31, 1933 in Stockton, daughter of the late Byron Sr. and Clara M. Fink Tanner.
She was employed as a waitress at the Hillcrest Diner, Dickenson's Res-taurant, The White Inn and then owned and operated the Cassadaga Restaurant.

Jean was an avid bowler, enjoyed watching sports particularly the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres and NASCAR. Her biggest joy was her family and spend-ing time with her granddaughter Julia.
Wife of the late Francis "Frank" Lauricella, Sr. who died Feb. 2, 2012; mother of Jerry (Judy) Drummond of Olympia, WA, Lynette Drummond of Dunkirk, Terry (Karen) Drummond, Jamie Drummond all of Fre-donia and Kim (Joseph Dirienzo) Sheedy of Elma; grandmother of Julia Drum-mond, Jacqueline (Tony) Bunting, Gordon (Annette) McChesney, Nicki (Tim) Nearhoof and Kristin McChesney; great grand-mother of Marcellus and Angelica Bunting, Abigail and Grayson McChesney; stepmother of Francis (Dorothy) Lauricella of Cassadaga and Richard (Karen) Lauricella of Akron; sister of Ferdinand "Ferdie" (Joyce) Tanner of Jamestown and the late Marie McNeil, Ruth McCusker, Mable Marsh, Lucile Bumpus, Charles, Donald, Byron Jr., John and Earl Tanner; sister-in-law of Marilyn Tanner of Stockton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation 4-7 p.m. Friday in Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville with a Christian Wake Service at 6:30. Burial In Forest Hill Cemetery.
