Zumba class for seniors to be offered in Dunkirk
The Dunkirk Senior Center is offering a new Zumba Gold class designed for seniors. The first session will be six weeks in length costing $3 each week. Classes will be held at the center, 45 Cliffstar Court on Thursdays 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. beginning March 29. The instructor is Jean Sutton.
Anyone interested is asked to call the Senior Center at 366-7530 or Sutton at 366-8579 before March 9.
Food handler class planned
The next Chautauqua County Certified Food Handler Class will be held Wednesday, March 14, at SUNY Fredonia Alumni House and Conference Center, the white house on the right side of the street while entering the Central Avenue main entrance of Fredonia State. Registration and sign-in is from 8:30 to 9 a.m., with the class from 9 to noon. The cost is $35 for profit/$20 non-profit.
