State police
On Wednesday, State Police responded to a 911 call to the Chautauqua County Sheriff with the report of an ATV accident in the Town of Pomfret on Osborne Road.
Tyler Gollnitz, 16, was transported to Children's Hospital before 2:30 p.m.
