CASSADAGA - Marjorie Zink, 84, died Sunday, March 25, 2012 at Heritage Village Rehab and Skilled Nursing, Gerry.
Born June 25, 1927 in Pittsfield, PA, daughter of the late Thomas and Eunice Gibson Bower. A 1946 graduate of Youngsville High School, Youngsville, PA, she was a Chautauqua County resident most of her life.
Marjorie was a fulltime homemaker and mother who also assisted her husband with operation of the family dairy farm and Woodside Camp Grounds

She enjoyed square dancing, visiting with the staff at Heritage Village and attending her grandchildren's sporting events.
Wife of 53 years to the late Charles L. "Chuck" Zink, whom she married July 10, 1957 and who died Dec. 15, 2010; mother of Craig Zink of Fort Pierce, FL, David Zink, Susan (Paul) Mathers, Sallie (late Dean) Nickerson, all of Cassadaga and the late Raymond Zink (Jan. 22, 1999); grandmother of Erin Mathers of Fredonia, Michael and Cassandra Mathers, Kristi Zink, Denver, Dallas and Savannah Nickerson all of Cassadaga; great grandmother of Mackenzie; sister of Albert (Faith) Bower, Betty (William) Leichner, all of Jamestown, Nancy Bower of Warren, PA, Ralph Bower, Raymond (Cubby) Bower, Richard (Karen) Bower, Arthur Bower all of Youngsville, PA, Marcia Spear of Clarenden, PA, Shirley Riley of Covesville, PA, Patricia Johnson of Erie, PA and the late Donald, Robert and Kenneth Bower; sister in law of the late Richard Zink. Also survived by
nieces and nephews.
Funeral service 11 a.m. Thursday in Park United Methodist Church, 49 Sinclair Dr., Sinclairville. Visitation 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in Jordan Funeral Home, 6 Parkway Dr., Sinclairville. Burial in Burnham Hollow Cemetery, Arkwright.
