On April 14, Delta Chi will host its second Spring Egg Hunt on President Hefner's lawn, located on 194 Central Ave., Fredonia. The event will commence at 1 p.m. and go through 3 p.m. The following events will occur - 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.: arts and crafts will be held inside Fenton Hall; 2 to 3 p.m.: egg hunt will be held on the front lawn.
JCC's OTA program to host networking event
Jamestown Community College's occupational therapy assistant program will host a networking mixer from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on April 19 in JCC's Student Union. Occupational therapy practitioners and anyone interested in the field are invited to participate in the program. Refreshments will be served.
The event, which is being held in celebration of April as Occupational Therapy Month, is supported by the JCC OTA Educational Council. The registration fee is $10. To register, call 338-1164.
The program will provide state legislative updates that affect the occupational therapy profession, information on durable medical equipment technology and providers, and access to several area and regional vendors. In addition, JCC OTA students will provide demonstrations on how to use new technologies in therapy.
