MAYVILLE - St. Mark Lutheran Church in Mayville installed the Rev. Carol Evans LeBlanc as its new pastor. Pastor Daniel Rumsfelt, Chaplain of Lutheran Social Services in Jamestown, was the installing pastor, along with retired Presbyterian minister the Rev. Bruce Archibald.
LeBlanc, who has 26 years of pastoral experience in the Presbyterian Church, previously served congregations in Jamestown, California, Ohio, Minnesota and Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and San Francisco Theological Seminary. She and her husband, Hugh, recently relocated to Mayville.
St. Mark Church is located at the corner of Marvin and Elm streets in Mayville.
