A pilgrimage to Israel is being planned for Feb. 5 through 14, 2013, to include major sites of interest. The trip would include the ancient city of Joppa (Jaffa)-story of Peter's vision at the home of Simon the tanner. Caesarea, a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, the Mt. of Beatitudes and the Galan Heights would be included sites of interest. Capernaum, Nazareth (boyhood home of Jesus), Mary's well, Cane (first miracle at the wedding), Yardenit (baptismal site on Jordan River), Beit Shean, the Mt. of Olives, Garden of Gethsemane, the Pool of Bethesda, the Via Dolorosa, Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Masada, the Dead Sea, Qumran, and Genesis Land are also planned in the itinerary. The upper room, Western Wall, Temple Mount, Pool of Bethlehem, Yad Vashem (Holocaust Museum) and the Shrine of the Book are also sites of interest to be included.
The price which includes breakfast and dinner daily at premium hotels and a kibbutz is approximately $3,000 per person.
