Steven M. Rife, 21, of Carol Avenue was charged with having a suspended registration and no insurance on April 9. At 8:44 p.m. the license plate reader alerted to a suspended registration while patrol was driving on Central Avenue. Rife's registration was suspended on March 8 for no insurance. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Tammy L. Beaujean, 47, of Spoden Road was charged on a bench warrant on April 10. She was released on $250 bail.
Christin L. Tibbetts, 20, of West Main Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding on April 13. Tibbetts was pulled over for speeding on Temple Street by police for going 52 mph and it was found his license had been suspended. He was released on $250 bail.
Francis B. Ibitoye, 23, of Water Street was charged with a bench warrant April 14. Police saw him walk-ing on Water Street and he was taken into custody. He was released on $100 bail.
Colin S. Gertner, 18, of Chautauqua Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with violating the sewer ordinance April 15. He was seen urinating on the east side of Fredonia Village Hall at 1:02 a.m. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Matthew A. Pukalo, 23, of Water Street was charged with having an open container April 15. Police were walking through the west municipal parking lot when he was observed holding an open beer. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Jayson Matthew Zipp, 19, of Eagle Street, Forest-ville was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, failure to keep right, disobeying traffic control device and failure to use designated lane April 15. Police saw Zipp drive left of the center line on Water Street. He then turned on a red light from the left lane. He was found to have a BAC of .14. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Joshua Croft, 20, of Igoe Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with having an open container and unlawful possession of alcohol April 15. At 12:33 a.m. police saw Croft walking on Canadaway Street with an open beer. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Tyler L. Snavely, 21, and Tyler D. Schultz, 21, both of Forest Place, were charged with violating the noise ordinance on April 15. At 12:13 a.m. police were called to a residence on Forest Place for a complaint of a loud party. Upon arrival, police observed Cameron P. Wright, 20, of Central Avenue having alcohol. Wright was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. All were released on appearance tickets.
Julia A. Cross, 22, and Michele L. Molier, 22, both of Canadaway Street, were charged with violating the noise ordinance on April 19. At 12:33 a.m. police were called to Canadaway Street for a complaint of a loud party. Both were released on an appearance ticket.

GERRY - On April 15, William Borden, 40, of Buffalo was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was pulled over on Route 60 for reported traffic violations. Reportedly, a check of his driving record revealed a total of six suspensions.
Borden was arraigned in Town of Charlotte Court, and then remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
KIANTONE - On Thursday, John Martin, 62, of Kiantone was charged with illegal discharge of a firearm.
Troopers responded to Summer Street for a report of a man shooting a gun in a residential area. After investigation, officers reported Martin fired several rounds from a .44 magnum at a barrel next to his house. Mar-tin's house is located within 500 feet of other residences.
He was issued an appearance ticket.
On Friday, Darlene Harvey, 39, of Bemus Point was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Harvey was pulled over on Buffalo Street for reportedly driving erratically. She reportedly failed several field sobriety tests. Harvey was transported to state police barracks where her breath sample was reported at .17 percent. She was processed, issued tickets returnable to Jamestown Court, and turned over to a sober individual.

CASSADAGA - On April 16, troopers stopped Joshua Burke, 24, of Stockton for reportedly using a hand-held cell phone on Route 60. He was cited for the cell phone and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
A Department of Motor Vehicles check reportedly revealed his license was suspended for two unpaid traffic tickets and an administrative suspension. Burke was issued tickets for Stockton Town Court where he is to appear May 7.
CASSADAGA - On April 11, Scott Wise, 50, of Cassadaga was cited for using a hand-held cell phone while driving, expired license, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
A Department of Motor Vehicles check showed that Wise's license is revoked for a driving while intoxicated conviction plus six additional suspensions.
He is to appear in the Town of Stockton Court.
