Editor, OBSERVER:
Since so few people attend the village of Forestville board meetings, the trustees assume people are pleased with the job being done.
I, however, think people have given up attending meetings because they feel ignored. Case in point is the recent approval of raises to village employees when 100 percent of the people attending the meeting opposed this motion and public sentiment was dismissed.
As a newly-elected trustee, I implore all village residents of Forestville to attend our board meeting tonight at 7 in the municipal building.
