On Wednesday at 2:10 p.m., an accident with minor injuries occurred in the town of Dunkirk.

Deputies reported a vehicle driven by Susan Hafner-Suppo, 44, of Fredonia, was traveling eastbound on Route 5. It is reported a vehicle driven by Alicia Fedrick, 30, of Derby, made a left turn off of Temple Road onto Route 5, into the path of Hafner-Suppo's vehicle. Both subjects were transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. Fedrick was charged with fail to yield the right of way and is to appear in the Town of Dunkirk at a later date.

On April 21 around midnight, deputies investigated an altercation on Klondyke Road in the Town of Westfield. It is alleged that Jason M. Seekings, 26, of Lakewood, assaulted a victim on Klondyke Road after a verbal argument and threatened two victims with a knife. Seekings was charged with third-degree assault, fourth degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment and two counts of third-degree menacing. Seekings will appear in Westfield court on a later date.

Shiloh C. Swabik, 34, of Erie, Pa., was on the wanted list for driving while intoxicated. Swabik turned himself in on the charges on April 23 and will be removed from the wanted list.
