Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office

Kyle R. Senear, 17, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband, unlawful possession of marijuana and obstructing governmental administration on Friday.

At 8:10 a.m. Senear was found to be in possession of marijuana in his cell while incarcerated at the Chautauqua County Jail.

He is being held on charges of burglary, menacing, resisting arrest and criminal possession of stolen property out of the City of Jamestown Court and will appear in Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.

State Police at Jamestown

On Wednesday, Steven Taylor, 33, of Towanda, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Troopers pulled him over on Interstate 86, and when checking his driving record discovered his license was suspended in New York for failing to pay a fine from 2009. Taylor was transported to the state police station in Jamestown and released after posting cash bail. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Poland Court later this month to answer the charges.

CHERRY CREEK - On Sunday, Steven White, 30, of Cherry Creek was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief in connection with a domestic dispute.

Members of the New York State Police and the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department responded to a residence in Cherry Creek. It is alleged White destroyed several items belonging to the victim, causing about $200 in damage.

White was transported to the state police station in Jamestown and processed.

He was arraigned in the Town of Ellington Court, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Cherry Creek Court at a later date to answer the charge.

Silver Creek Court

Aaron L. Brown, 25, of Sinclairville, pleaded guilty to harassment and was fined $175.

Justin G. Collins, 31, of Silver Lane, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation. He returns to court June 6.

Nathaniel D. Hollins Jr., 20, of Babcock Avenue, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $250 plus restitution.

Lance C. Johnson, 25, of Babcock Avenue, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.

Howard F. Kreutter, 45, of Alexander, pleaded guilty to harassment and was fined $175.

Amber Meneely, 22, of Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.

Alisia Rivera, 25, of Portville, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and received a conditional discharge of restitution. A charge of criminal possession of stolen property was dismissed.

Mikol Rockwood, 21, of Irving, pleaded guilty to aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.

Tanya Siragusa, 35, of Forestville, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $285.

A 17-year-old Fredonia male pleaded guilty to criminal mischief and petit larceny and will be sentenced June 6.

Matthew R. Thompson, 23, of Dunkirk, pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired and was fined $560. His license was suspended 90 days.
