Hart Development 9, Firemen 0 - Tyler Cloos pitched a complete-game two-hitter, striking out nine in the win. Mike Hobson had two hits while Lucas Voss (double), Caleb Reynolds and Cloos all hit safely.

For Firemen, Ben Kyte and Jake Green had the hits while Green suffered the loss on the mound.

DFT 6, Youth Council 0 - Marcus Seastedt and Reid Tarnowski combined for 10 strikeouts in the win while Brendan Plaster (double), Tarnowski, Andrew Conti and Calvin Przybycien had the hits for DFT.

Trey Schrantz had a double for Youth Council in the loss.

DFT 14, Firemen 1 - Reid Tarnowski, Jake Davis and Marcus Seastedt combined to strikeout nine in the win. At the plate, Tarnowski had a pair of hits and three RBIs while Andrew Conti (double), Tanner Haas and Eli McKelvey hit safely in the win.

Josh Johnson had the only hit for Firemen.

Hathaway League

Fredonia PBA vs. Mary's Deli - Top hitters for PBA were Zack Kawski, Meghan Cloos and Clayton Frazier. Sam Kawski was the defensive player of the game.

Offensive stars for Mary's Deli were Dominic Tenamore, Mathew Brown and Colin Crowell. Adam Lesch was the defensive MVP for Mary's Deli.

Lucky Lanes vs. Lakeshore Savings - For Lucky Lanes, Emily Schwertfeger and Derik Rose were offensive sluggers while Leniefh Velez-Olmo was the defensive MVP.

For Lakeshore Savings, Kaden Bushaber and Austin Gugino were sluggers on offense and Mackenzie Fabiano was the defensive standout.

Hanover Little League

Newbrook/Excelco 4, Reds Pizza 0 - Zachary Rybak and Dylan Slaght combined to throw a one-hitter. Slaght added a double and single. Brad Yochum had a key hit for Newbrook.

Newbrook/Excelco 10, Tim Hortons 0 - Derek Roehner had two hits including a homer to lead Newbrook. Stephen Romanik added two hits and Donald Gula slammed his first hit in majors for Newbrook.

Valley League Majors

Cassadaga Beaver Club Reds 5, Sinclairville Mariners 2 - The Reds scored three runs in the top of the seventh inning, then held off a Mariners' rally in the bottom half of the extra frame for the win.

Trent Mihalko and Brent Goot each had two hits in the win for the Reds while Luke Ames and Brett Zarczynski also hit safely. Dan Andersen and Zarczynski combined to allow five hits while striking out 10.

For the Mariners, Caleb Hillman connected for a home run while Ben Anderson, Levi Moore and Anthony Rodriguez all hit safely. Robbie Penhollow and Moore pitched well in defeat, striking out six while allowing seven hits.

STP Olean 1, NCSA 0 - NCSA lost a 1-0 heartbreaker Sunday.

Alex Zentz was in net for NCSA. No Star Patch was awarded this week. Last week's Star Patch was awarded to Dominique Riforgiato.

NCSA 3, Eden-Angola ENC Travel 0 - Ben Turner was credited with a shutout for the winners.

Immaculata Golf Tournament

Immaculata Academy will host its Third Annual Immaculata Academy Golf Classic, presented by the IA Parent Guild, on Sunday, May 20, at Chestnut Hill Country Club. The club is located at 1330 Broadway, Darien Center, NY 14040.

Registration/check-in begins at noon with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. Golfers can enjoy unlimited use of the driving range prior to tee-off and lunch will be provided to all golfers.

The day will conclude with a one-hour open bar prior to dinner, a New York strip steak at the club.

Registration for dinner and golf is $90 (or $360 per foursome), with proceeds benefiting the students of Immaculata Academy. Dinner-only tickets are $35.
