Fredonia troopers charge Brocton man
On Tuesday morning, Fredonia-based troopers charged Toby Sanders, 19, of Brocton for unlawful possession of marijuana, after a vehicle and traffic stop for an inadequate exhaust. Troopers allege he was in possession of a plastic bottle containing .5 grams of marijuana, which was located on the back floor of the vehicle. Sanders was issued an appearance ticket.
