Any golfer who makes a hole-in-one at the Westfield Memorial Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament this year will take home a 2012 Chevrolet druze LT, courtesy of Shults of Westfield. Making sure the hole-in-one prize is seen by all in front of the hospital are, left, Tom Bird, sales manager; and Dan Crandall, general manager. Accepting the offer are Patty DiPalma and Sid Hoyt, tournament co-chairs. The tourney is scheduled for Friday, July 13. Anyone who would like to register to play should call Ms. DiPalma at 793-2338.
American Legion 1
Lucas Voss led Hart with two hits while Cole Tippens, Chris Buchanan and David Bartholomew hit safely. Anthony St. George had a key RBI.Voss got the win, allowing one hit and striking out 12. Tyler Cloos got the final two outs via strikeout.
Legions' lone hit came from Donovan Apthorp. Tyler Winchell, Jamison Horch and Seth Schrader shared mound duties with Horch getting the loss.

Davis Construction vs. Bodell Overcash
Led by defensive standouts Kyle Weintraub, Gabe Johnson, Ryan Davis and Sarah Davis, Davis Construction held on for the victory.
Ben Easton, Joe VanDette, Tim Davis, Nate Schrantz, Jadon Whitfield, Sam Tuggy and Simon Davis all had hits for Davis Construction.
Bodell Overcash was led by Sal Tabone, Evan Frantuto, Carson Cain and Oliver McAfee on defense while Nick Sturniolo, Jack Carlson, Bryson Kolassa, Nick Frazier, Brendan Blue and Joe Cerrie all had hits for Bodell.
Davis Construction vs. Nathan George
Davis Construction was led by Jacob Thompson, Sam Tuggy, Ryan Davis and Sarah Davis on defense. Offensively, Ben Easton, Joe VanDette, Tim Davis, Nate Schrantz and Jadon Whitfield led the way.
For Nathan George, offensive standouts were Trevor Malikowski, Connor Rankin and Bradley LaGraw. On the defense, Josh Arch, Justin Powell, John Mann and Andrew Waag were standouts.

vs. Bodell Overcash
Defensive standouts for Davis Construction were Gabe Johnson, Joe VanDette and Kyle Weintraub while Jadon Whitfield led the charge with two doubles and a single on offense. Nate Schrantz, Ben Easton and Tim Davis added two singles each for Davis Construction.
Bodell Overcash defensive players of the game were Nick Sturniolo and Dawson Bird, and Aiden Lewelleyn led the offense.

vs. Davis Construction
Leading the way for Nathan George were Connor Rankin, Avery Willebrandt, Jonny Skrok and Jacob Markham. Davis Construction was led by Micah Davis, Sarah Davis, Sam Tuggy and Ryan Davis.

Fredonia PBA vs. Premier Realty
Fredonia PBA's outstanding hitters were Sam Kawski, Simon Price and Keegan Whitfield. Ashton Hallmark was their defensive player of the game.
Offensive stars for Premier Realty were Gianna Gullo, Ethan Leid and Josh Reynolds. Luca Gullo offered help on the field as the team's defensive MVP.

Tradition Agency was led by Ayden Mazany and Owen Rush who played outstanding defense. The hitting stars were Mike Riddle & Maria Maytum.
For Premier Realty, Miguel Marquez Jr and Quinn Benchley played strong defense. Ethan Leid and Fred Gullo were the hitting stars for Premier.

First Ward Falcons Golf League - The Team of Buzz Velzy, Ray Kubiak and Don Kujawa won the Dick Lewandowski Memorial Scramble with 2-under-par. They went to a third hole tiebreaker to defeat the second-place team of Muzzy Tofil, Jim Ellman and Ed Tofil. Closest to the pins went to Velzy (Nos. 2, 4 and 5), Ed Tofil ( Nos. 7 and 8), Ken Kaus (No. 3) and Larry Klajbor (No. 9). Kaus also won the Longest Drive (No. 6). Skins were recorded by the team of Klajbor, Harvey Tofil and Fritz Worosz on No. 7 and No. 9. Ed Wlodarek hit the ceremonial first shot in memory of fellow Charter Member Dick Lewandowski.
