Fredonia T-Ball

Lucky Lanes vs. Carriage House

For Lucky Lanes, Emily Schwertfeger was the defensive standout at first base while Evelyn Cuthbert and Collin Pergrim were sluggers on offense.

For Carriage House, Sam Pietro and Jack Pietro were offensive MVPs with Donovan Dowdy being the defensive standout.

The Lakeshore Orthopedics vs. Community Bank

Jackson Spangler got a big hit for the Orthopedics. Jacob Lanneaux and Maddox Burrell both had great stops on defense.

Ellie VanDette, Emerson Byrd and Jackson Gollnitz played well for Community Bank.

Concord Babe Ruth

Stericycle Athletics 1, Moniuszko Club Astros 0

Nick Iskra (run) and Zach Crandall (RBI) hit back-to-back doubles in the fifth inning for what proved to be the only run of the game as the A's edged the Astros on opening day for both squads.

Iskra pitched a complete-game shutout, scattering three hits while striking out 11 batters. Colton Haase and Brandon Perry shared mound duties in the tough luck loss, allowing five hits while striking out 13 A's hitters. Iskra was aided by key defensive plays by Garrett Johnson and Hans Schober.

Fredonia Wright League

Youth Council 10, DFT Communications 6

Youth Council scored seven runs in the first inning and went on to defeat DFT Communications. Trey Swartz had a three-run home run and a single to lead Youth Council. Noah Fleckenstein had three hits and one RBI while Jimmy Rush had two hits and one RBI. Nolan Mages added two hits. Brayden Myers and Cody Decker each had RBI singles. Swartz and Fleckenstein combined to strikeout 14 and allowed four hits.

For DFT Communications, Andrew Conti had an run-scoring single, a triple and scored two runs. Jake Davis had an RBI single and Eli McKelvey had a single. Reid Tarnowski and Brendan Plaister combined to strike out nine batters.

Dunkirk Majors

Lucky Lanes 22, Exempts 1

For Exempts, T.J. Skelly and Devin Szopinski each had hits.

For Lucky Lanes, Owen Schrantz and John Banach had three hits each. Jared Glowniak was solid on the mound only allowing four hits and striking out five.

Lucky Lanes 22, Kosciuszko 9

Jamie Pagan and Tyler Davis both had two hits for Kosciuszko.

For Lucky Lanes, Jon Tirado, Elwin Gomez and John Banach each had two hits for Lucky Lanes while Patrick Muldowney got the win on the mound.

Brocton-Portland Little League

Dunn Tire 11,

Mayville 1

Hunter Rizzo and Ronald Brown pitched for Dunn Tire in the win with six strikeouts. Leading the offense for Dunn Tire was Ronald Brown with a triple and a single. Hunter Rizzo, Jordan Krystofiak, Leroy Lindstrom and Riley Rivera all had singles.

For Mayville, Kyler Hammond had a single and was the pitcher.

Dunn Tire 11 LaPorte 0

Leading the offense for Dunn Tire was Riley Rivera with two singles. Ronald Brown added a double and single while Leroy Lindstrom added a double and two RBIs for the winners.

For LaPorte, Max Bateshad a single. Brock Schuster was the pitcher.
