Forestville OES Chapter hosts district’s official visit

Forestville Chapter No. 247 Order of the Eastern Star recently hosted Chautauqua District official visit at the Masonic Hall, Main Street, with Cynthia and Larry Stiles, matron and patron, presiding.

Grand Officers introduced were Lynne Schmitt, commissioner of appeals west; District Deputy Grand Matron Helen Patti; District Grand Lecturer Quentin O. Bensink; Mary Ann Olszewski, grand representative of Alberta, Canada. A floral ceremony with inspiration, flowers and cards were presented by the officers to honored guests Martha Woolley, Dee Wysocki and Joseph Stiles.

The state theme is "Nurturing Everlasting Respect, Hope, Love, and Truth" created from the initials of the Grand Matron Norma E. Reynolds and Grand Patron Harry L. Tyson.
