Strawberry social set at Portland church
PORTLAND - The Portland Congregational Church is holding its annual strawberry social at the church on Wednesday, June 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. or sold out.
Dinner will include beef on weck, salad, beans, strawberry shortcake or strawberries and ice cream. Take-outs available.
Church to hold barbecue dinner
A barbecue ribs dinner will be held Tuesday, June 12 at Dunkirk First United Methodist Church, 601 Washington Ave., Dunkirk, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. The $10 fee includes dessert. Dinner will be available for eat-in, take-out and delivery; call 366-2230.
Holy Trinity Seniors plans meeting
The Holy Trinity Seniors will meet at the Parish Center on Thursday, June 14 at 12:30 p.m. Those attending the meeting are asked to bring their own lunch.
