Collins troopers charge Irving man wanted
on arrest warrant
Kennedy was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation around 11:50 p.m. on Route 438. He reportedly failed field sobriety tests and a check of his driver's license revealed he was wanted on an active arrest warrant for an Erie County Family Court violation.
Kennedy was transported to the Collins barracks for processing and a breath test was secured reportedly recording a blood alcohol content of .16 percent. Troopers issued Kennedy traffic tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Brant Court on July 14. Kennedy was then turned over to the Erie County Sheriff's Department on the arrest warrant.

FALCONER - On Saturday, troopers charged Douglas Duke, 32, of St. Petersburg, Fla., for driving while intoxicated.
Duke was pulled over on Industrie Drive for a traffic violation. After failing several field sobriety tests, he was transported to state police headquarters in Jamestown where he provided a breath sample that was reported to be .16 percent.
Duke was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and released to a sober individual.
FALCONER - On Sunday, Frank Renzi, 48, of Falconer was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Renzi was pulled over on Phettleplace Street for a traffic violation and reportedly failed several field sobriety tests. He was transported to state police barracks in Jamestown where he provided a breath sample reported at .12 percent.
While Renzi was being processed, Jeffrey Maccullough, 46, of Jamestown came to the state police barracks saying that he was there to give Renzi a ride home after his release. Maccullough was reportedly intoxicated and reportedly failed several field sobriety tests. He provided a breath sample that was reported at .09 percent and was also charged with DWI.
Both Renzi and Maccullough were issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and were eventually released to a sober individual.
