Ladies Society of Blessed Mary Angela Parish
The Ladies Society of Blessed Mary Angela Parish met Tuesday at the Social Center. President Carole Schiller welcomed the members and opened the meeting with a prayer.
Reports were given by Secretary Jenny Naruszewiez, Treasurer Joan Zielinski and Sophia Urbanik, sunshine committee, respectively.
The officers of the Ladies Society are planning a summer picnic Tuesday, Aug. 14 at 6 p.m. at the Social Center. Members will be contacted for reservations.
There will be a rummage sale on Saturday at the Social Center. The public is cordially invited to attend.
Martha Bialaszewski concluded the meeting with a prayer titled "A Lifetime of Miracles" written by Marian Ford Park.
Chocolate and coconut cream pies were served from a buffet table. The officers served on the refreshment committee.
Games were played and a raffle was held. Many prizes were awarded.
