Four generations

In May, four generations came together for the first time to celebrate the baptism of the great-grandson of Dunkirk's longtime resident Joseph Carrus. The baptism was held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church and overseen by Fr. Walter Werbicki. To help commemorate the day and make it even more special, all four of Carrus' children (pictured, with Carrus) were able to travel to Dunkirk for the occasion - Mr. and Mrs. John Carrus from Ohio, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Carrus II from Dunkirk, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Carrus from Massachusetts, and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Watson from Florida. The family is grateful to everyone who was able to join in the celebration, especially the families of Irene Pincoski and Martha Dobek.
