CASSADAGA - Cassadaga Valley High School has announced the Class of 2012 valedictorian and salutatorian.
Stephen Siebert, valedictorian, is the son of Sean and Teri Siebert of Cassadaga. He is the brother of Katie and Chrissy Siebert. Throughout high school, he was an avid wrestler, a member of the French Club, Science Club, Envirothon Team, KEY Club, and a trombonist in the Senior High Band. He has also worked at Sandy's White Horse Inn for the past four years. In the fall, he will be attending Tulane University in New Orleans and plans to study pre-med.
Thomas Wissman, salutatorian, is the son of Tim and Leigh Wissman and brother to Katie Wissman. During his high school career, he has been varsity football captain as well as a varsity baseball player. He has been involved in the musical productions on stage crew as well as recently becoming a cast member. He is a member of the National Honor Society, Cassadaga Valley School Chapter. Following graduation, it is his intention to attend St. John Fisher College with the hopes of becoming a pharmacist.
