Moose Club 14, Firemen 2
For the Moose Club, Jake Tarnowski doubled and singled while Trace MacKenzie (double) CJ Brown and Nate Shuart chipped in with hits. Pitcher Kevin Siracuse struck out seven and allowed three hits.
Firemen were led by Keith Piper's two hits. Piper and Josh Johnson combined for five strikeouts.

'Forestville Legion 1
Bryce Raymond and Dane Johnson combined to hold Forestville to five hits while striking out 13. The offense was led by Cordell O'Brien who went 3 for 4 and Christian Proctor, who went 3 for 5 with a double. Matt Hair had two hits including a double, Kole Brink had two singles and Caleb Caldwell reached base four times with two hits and two walks.
Forestville was led by James Corbin who had a double and a triple and scored its only run. Mike Priest had two hits while Dillion Robinson had Forestville's other hit.
Concord Babe Ruth
Stericycle Athletics 14, First Ward Falcon Club Orioles 6
The A's (5-1) collected 12 hits in defeating the Orioles in the second game of a doubleheader for the Birds. Brian
Dempsey (triple and two runs) stroked three hits, Brenden Maslak (two doubles and three runs), Nick Iskra (double and two RBIs) and Julio Cheverez collected two hits each.
Zach Gawronski collected three RBIs while EJ Haase and Kevin Lidlow had two RBIs each. Charlie Roth and Hans Schober each scored twice. Dan Barnes was the winning pitcher in relief of Robert Dempsey. Iskra earned the three-inning save. The trio struck out 13 batters.
For the O's, Ethan Whitver and Adam Klajbor had two hits each while Mike Johnson drove in two runs. Whitver, John Murphy and Noah Voss shared mound duties in the loss, collectively striking out two batters.

Fall Soccer Signups for Westfield, Ripley, Brocton and Mayville
Registrations for fall Local youth soccer will be held at the Eason Hall in Westfield on Wednesday and Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. Sign ups are for children ages 4-11. They must turn 4 by Sept. 4 and not turning 12 until Oct. 28)
Games will begin Sept. 8 and end Oct. 27.
The fee is $20 for the first child, $15 for the second and $10 for the third (max. of $45 per family), but scholarships are available if needed.
Sign up will also be held at Chautauqua Lake Central School and Country Fair in Brocton on June 26 and Meeder's Restaurant in Ripley on June 19 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Inaugural Underclassmen Showcase
The Inaugural Underclassmen Showcase baseball and softball games, featuring Western New York sophomore and junior baseball and softball players, will take place on Saturday, Aug. 11, at North Collins Central Schools Sports Complex.
The baseball game will feature two icons of the WNY baseball world, longtime Orchard Park coach Bob Barrows and former Eden coach Bob Burnside, who will head the coaching staffs.
The softball game will pay tribute to former Williamsville South coach Gerry Gentner, who lost his courageous battle with cancer in January.
The showcase games will provide local baseball and softball players with exposure to college coaches from throughout the Northeast. Coaches wishing to nominate their sophomores or juniors, should contact Robert Catalino at rcatalino@roadrunner.com, or at 432-8458, or North Collins' softball coach Jan Warren at jmwarren114@aol.com, or by calling 860-6829.
Candidates must have been selected to their divisional first, second or honorable mention all-star teams to be eligible to play in the games. All applications are due by July 1.
WNY Exceptional Seniors Soccer Camp
The Western New York Exceptional Seniors Soccer Camp will be held July 9-13 at Silver Creek High School.
The camp is open to students in seventh grade and up. The cost is $50 for Silver Creek students and $75 for non-Silver Creek students.
The coaches will be Tim Kronenwetter (Empire Buffalo) and Bernie Feldman (ECC men's head coach).
The camp will fortify present skill levels and offer an opportunity to be assessed for the WNY seniors game play along with Empire Buffalo possibility. Camp staff will be placed at a 10:1 student to teacher ratio.

Fredonia Midget League Football
For anyone who missed sign-ups last week, their is another chance to sign up Wednesday at the Little League Complex on Clinton Street from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. To register, participants must be 8 before Aug. 1 and goes up to entering eighth grade.
The registrants must either reside in or attend the Fredonia School District. The cost of registering is $50 with a $75 max for families. For more information, call Dave LeBarron at 467-7846.
