Red raspberry season under way
Colleen Yerico with Yerico Farms has announced that red raspberries are now available both as "u-pick" and ready pick. They are also selling asparagus, sweet cherries, sweet peas and other fruits and vegetables. The market is open daily at 10 a.m.

Legion planning annual Pow Wow
The Iroquois Post #1587 is hosting a Veterans Pow Wow from July 13 to 15. The theme of the event this year is "Honor All Veterans" and will be held at the Cattaraugus Community Center, 12767 Route 438, Irving. The event is looking for volunteers who would like to help out with the event on Saturday or Sunday with general event tasks. The event starts Saturday and Sunday morning at 10 a.m. and will go until evening. A grand entry is at noon both days as well as 7 p.m. on Saturday. Stockton library board to meeting
The Mary. E. Seymour Memorial Free Library Board of Trustees will meet Thursday, 4 p.m. at the library in Stockton.
Drum Circle meeting Wednesday
The World Beat Drum Circle will meet at Lily Dale at the Inspirational Stump with Patricia Price for the Summer Solstice. There will be a small performance by the regulars drumming in Lily Dale for some time now headed by George Clees. It will be on Wednesday. There will be no drumming Thursday but the regular drum circle will be continued next Thursday. All are welcome, from those who have never drummed to the most experienced.
