Robert Freeman, executive director of the Committee on Open Government, presents a local workshop on open meetings and freedom of information laws. The Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Library System hosted the program using videoconferencing equipment installed in Jamestown, Dunkirk, and Olean through a project called Broadbandexpress@yourlibrary funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Broadband Technology Opportunities Program.
