The Gowanda Area Chamber of Commerce announces this year's schedule for Music in the Park.
July 5 - 23 Skidoo
July 12 - Paul Zittel and Pure Country
July 19 - Boston Town Band
July 26- Creek Bend
Aug. 2 - Crash Cadillac
Aug. 9 - Judd Sunshine Duo
Aug. 16 - EZ3
Aug. 23 - Little Big Band
Aug. 30 - Glenn Colton
All concerts are held in Chang-Hu Park on West Main Street, Gowanda, except for the Aug. 30 Glenn Colton concert which will take place in Creekside Park off Buffalo Street, being held in conjunction with Ducky Derby taking place on Cattaraugus Creek.
The entertainers take the stage at 6:30 p.m. and everyone is urged to bring a lawn chair. Food and refreshments will be available.
The concert series is sponsored by the Cattaraugus County Arts Council, the Village of Gowanda, Gernatt Asphalt, Gowanda Kiwanis Club, Gowanda Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and the surrounding townships of Persia, Collins and Perrysburg.
