Hundreds of area volunteer firefighters and officials attended funeral services today for Ronald J. Keddie of Sheridan.
Keddie died in the line of duty last week. He was a 41-year member of Sheridan Fire Department, where he served as chief for two terms, a past president, and three terms as fire commissioner. He also was a past member of Silver Creek Emergency Squad. The services were held at the Sheridan Fire Hall.
