Janinne Fiegl Dugan, Human Resource Manager at Lake Shore Savings Bank, was awarded a certificate of completion on April 19, at the twelfth annual Human Resource Management School presented by the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The Human Resource Management School provides the foundation for new or veteran human resource professionals to tie together important issues in human resource management with a bottom-line understanding of the business of banking.

Designed specifically for financial services HR professionals, this program helps to expand knowledge of the banking industry and human resource management, improve employee performance and establish a network of colleagues with whom to interact and exchange ideas. The HR Management School provides an opportunity for students to learn from respected industry experts about today's key issues in human resource management.

The Graduate School of Banking is sponsored by the 18 state bankers associations comprising the Central States Conference of Bankers Associations, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and was established in 1945 to provide bankers with an opportunity for advanced study and research in banking, economics and leadership.
