Dunkirk is quite a catch, according to Bob Zoeller.
As president of the New York Walleye Association, Zoeller gave high praise to city Mayor Anthony J. Dolce and Chadwick Bay Marina owners Jeff Gambino and Michael Pucci for an excellent weekend during the AMARA-CAN Walleye tournament.
Not only was the fishing event full of drama at the end, but the area had plenty to offer as well with a Fly-In Breakfast and car show in Point Gratiot. The business community also is to be applauded as the fishing event led to more than $1 million in outside cash being spent around our area.
That is a big one that did not get away.
