A Cattaraugus Indian Reservation man has been charged after being accused of murdering his half-brother.

Cody Testerman, 22, was arrested Tuesday morning at the Erie County Sheriff's substation in North Collins. He was charged with second-degree murder in the death of Jessie Seneca, 20, also of the Reservation.

Seneca's body was found Saturday afternoon near a dirt road off of Route 438 on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation, on the Chautauqua County line.
