CHERRY CREEK - New York State Police at Jamestown charged Marissaann L. White, 31, of 554 Railroad Ave. with third-degree criminal mischief, driving while intoxicated and second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

At about 10:45 p.m. Sunday, troopers received a report of a disorderly female on Railroad Avenue attempted to drive in an intoxicated condition. A trooper responded and located the suspect vehicle parked on Southside Avenue with White behind the wheel. The officer reported she failed several field sobriety tests.
