FORESTVILLE - Two children in Forestville will hold a fundraiser Friday to help a local woman through a hard transition.
Recently, a local woman lost her mother and now must move to an apartment in Fredonia. However, in order to take her beloved cat with her, she must pay a $300 fee.
In order to help with this burden Brayden Smith, 7, and Anderson Cross, 5, will sell lemonade and baked goods in front of Evans Bank from 3 to 6 p.m.
So far the pair has raised $105 toward their goal. They hope the community will come together to help with the cause.
